Payment Options

Overview

Meters are read by the Cooperative and accounts are billed by the end of the month. Statements and current account balance information are available near the first of the month. Full payment is due in our office on or before the 20th of each month.

You may view or print your current statement or make a payment at any time (24 hours a day) by using our eBiz system. For instructions, please visit the eBiz system.

Several payment options are available:

  • Payment in cash: Please pay in our office. Do Not mail cash or drop cash in our drop box.
  • Payment by check or money order: You may mail it, drop it in our drop box, or come into our office.
  • Payment by credit or debit card: Supply card information via mail, dropbox, telephone, or visit our office with your card. You may also pay by credit card using our eBiz system.
  • Payment by electronic funds transfer (auto checking): You may use our eBiz system.
  • Recurring Automatic Payments: Recurring credit card or bank draft payments can be set up for your account. Your payment will be made automatically around the 15th of each month.
  • Prepay Payments: Prepayment accounts pay for electrical use on an “as you go” basis. Automatic notifications allow the member to know the current credit balance on the account. Prepayment accounts are exempt from deposit requirements. This option is only available for residential accounts.

Remember, to avoid finance charges, payment must be in-full and received in our office on or before the due date, normally the 20th of each month.
